The Green Initiative on Staten Island seeks to connect neighborhoods with natural drainage networks to help prevent flooding and alleviate overburdened storm drains. In this project, I model the projected flow of stormwater and use the results to identify where the city can leverage natural topography to expand the construction of sustainable drainage infrastructure.
